Kiwi Lemonade
Blending the lemons whole — peel and all — gives this lemonade its deep aroma; Chef Noor strains it over ice, stirs in crushed kiwi, and serves the most refreshing glass of the season.

How to Prepare

Cut the lemons into pieces and blend them with the sugar, lemon juice and water.

Strain the mixture well to remove the peel and pulp.

Fill glasses or a jug with ice and pour in the strained lemonade.

Stir in the mashed kiwi and top with kiwi slices.

Taste — add a splash of cold water if too strong — and serve immediately.

Blend the lemons in short pulses — over-blending the peel turns the drink bitter instead of aromatic.
