Cinnamon Rolls

Bakery-style cinnamon rolls you can make at home.

How to Prepare

Combine the flour, sugar, powdered milk, yeast, vanilla and Dream Whip. Add the butter, egg and water and knead into a soft, smooth dough.

Cover and leave to rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

Roll the dough into a large rectangle, spread with softened butter and sprinkle generously with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Roll up tightly and slice into rounds. Arrange in a greased baking dish and let rest until puffy.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden, about 20–25 minutes.

Drizzle the warm rolls with a sauce of Nutella, condensed milk and caramel.

Chef Noor's Tip

Slice the log with unflavored dental floss or thread for clean spirals, and serve the rolls warm.
