Chocolate-Dipped Butter Cookies

How to Prepare

Beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy.

Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Stir in the ground nuts if using.

Fold in the flour and baking powder to form a soft dough.

Shape the dough into cookies and place on a lined tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 12 minutes until lightly golden.

Let the cookies cool, then dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
