How to Prepare

Chop the pumpkin, carrot, onion and garlic.

Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the pumpkin and carrot with rosemary, salt and black pepper.

Pour in the chicken stock and simmer until the vegetables are very soft.

Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the coconut and adjust seasoning.

Serve hot with bread.
