Dice the apple into small cubes.

In a small pan over medium heat, add the apple, honey, water and cinnamon.

Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes until the apple softens and turns glossy and lightly caramelized.

Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl, top with the warm cinnamon apples and their syrup, and serve right away.
