How to Prepare

Toast the light bread until crisp and break it into the serving dish.

Mix the boiled chickpeas with the seasoning (ground pepper and garlic, lemon juice, cumin and salt).

Whisk the yogurt with tahini, lemon and salt into a smooth sauce.

Spread hummus over the bread, then add the seasoned chickpeas.

Pour the yogurt-tahini sauce over the top.

Top with the sauteed minced meat, then toasted nuts and parsley.

Serve immediately while the bread is still crisp.

Assemble just before serving so the toasted bread keeps its crunch.
