Layered Jelly & Cream Dessert

Two layers of milk-dipped tea biscuits sandwich a fluffy jelly-and-Dream-Whip cream, all crowned with a bright set jelly top — chilled until it slices into neat, wobbling squares.

How to Prepare

Dip the tea biscuits briefly in milk and arrange a layer in the base of a dish.

For the cream layer, dissolve 1 jelly sachet in 1 cup hot water, then stir in the cold milk and Dream Whip and whisk until smooth.

Pour the cream layer over the biscuits and spread evenly.

Add another layer of milk-dipped biscuits on top.

Dissolve 2 jelly sachets in 2 cups hot water, let cool slightly, then pour over the top biscuit layer.

Chill for at least 4 hours until fully set, then slice and serve cold.

Chef Noor's Tip

Let the jelly cool to lukewarm before adding the Dream Whip and milk — pouring it in hot thins the cream and the layers won't hold their slice.
