Jelly & Fruit Lazy Cake
The laziest cake in the best way: strawberry and blueberry jelly whisked with qishta and cream cheese, folded around digestive biscuits and fresh berries, then chilled until it slices into pink marbled squares.

How to Prepare
Dissolve the jelly sachets in the hot water, then stir in the cold water and let it cool slightly.
Whisk the qishta with the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually whisk in the jelly mixture.
Layer digestive biscuits in a tray and pour over part of the jelly cream.
Scatter strawberries and berries, add another biscuit layer and the remaining cream.
Top with more fruit and chill for at least 4 hours until fully set.
Slice into squares and serve cold.
Let the jelly cool before whisking it into the cream — hot jelly thins the mixture and the layers will not hold their slice.
