Mango Trifle
Chef Noor layers ready vanilla cake soaked in mango juice with a quick cream of qishta, dream whip and cream caramel, finished with fresh mango for a no-bake fruit trifle.

How to Prepare

Whip the dream whip, then fold in the qishta and cream caramel to make a smooth cream.

Layer pieces of vanilla cake in a dish and moisten with mango juice.

Spread over a layer of the cream, then add mango pieces.

Repeat the layers, finish with cream and fresh mango, and chill before serving.

Chill the trifle for a few hours so the cake soaks up the mango and the layers set.
