Frozen Grape Ice Cream
Chef Noor freezes seedless grapes, then blends them in a food processor with nothing added — the fruit turns thick and creamy on its own. A short spell back in the freezer firms it into a wholesome, no-sugar-added ice cream.

How to Prepare

Freeze the grapes for at least 2 hours until solid.

Blitz the frozen grapes in a food processor until thick and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Return to the freezer for about 2 hours to firm up.

Scoop and serve straight away.

Use sweet seedless grapes; freezing them fully before blending is what gives the creamy texture.
