Chef Noor's suhoor favourite: banana and soft dates blended with raw almonds, a spoon of honey and cold milk — naturally sweet, genuinely filling, and ready before the blender stops spinning.

How to Prepare

Add the banana, pitted dates, raw almonds, honey and milk to the blender.

Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.

Pour into glasses, top with chopped dates and a drizzle of honey, and serve cold.

Soak the almonds in hot water for ten minutes if your blender struggles — the smoothie turns out silkier.
