Biscuit and Fruit Ice Cream
A simple, refreshing frozen dessert the whole family will love.

How to Prepare

Dissolve the jelly in the hot water and let it cool slightly.

Whip the cold milk with the powdered whipping cream until thick.

Fold in the qishta and the dissolved jelly until smooth and creamy.

In a container, layer tea biscuits, then some of the cream, then fruit.

Repeat the layers, finishing with cream and fruit on top.

Freeze for 5 to 6 hours until set.

Serve frozen.

Let the jelly cool before folding it in so it does not deflate the cream.
