Creamy Indomie

How to Prepare

Boil the indomie noodles until just done, reserving a small cup of the cooking water.

In a pan, heat a little oil and saute the finely chopped onion until soft.

Stir in the tomato sauce and cook briefly.

Add the cooking cream and the reserved noodle water, then stir in the indomie seasoning.

Add the drained noodles and toss to coat in the sauce.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt.

Serve hot.

Reserve the starchy noodle water to make the sauce silky and help it cling to the noodles.
