Sauteed Shrimp with Vegetables
A light, flavourful seafood dish that comes together in minutes.

How to Prepare

Season the shrimp with black pepper, cumin, paprika and salt.

Heat the oil in a wide pan over high heat.

Add the crushed garlic and ginger, then the shrimp, and saute briefly.

Add the onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper and cherry tomatoes.

Add the lemon juice (and lemon slices and hot pepper if using).

Saute everything for a few minutes until the shrimp are cooked and the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Serve immediately.

Do not overcook the shrimp; a few minutes on high heat keeps them juicy.
