Creamy Chicken over Mashed Potato

Saute the onion, then add the diced chicken and cook with salt, black pepper and mixed spice.

Add the crushed garlic and mushroom and cook until tender, stirring in cooking cream if you like.

Mash the boiled potatoes with butter, salt, black pepper and cooking cream (or milk) until smooth.

Spread the mash in a dish, top with the creamy chicken, then cover with mozzarella.

Bake until the cheese is golden and bubbling, then serve hot.
